THIS SEASON WE ARE SUPPORTING A WONDERFUL ORGANIZATION ...

LOVING HUGS!

WHAT IS A LOVING HUG?

LOVING HUGS are your donations of stuffed animals (new or very ‘gently used’)- called “hugs”, that are sent to children in war zones, orphanages, refugee and IDP (internally displaced persons) camps, and medical/hospital facilities around the world. They are also sent to children in emergencies from natural disasters around the world, such as the 2009 flood in Manila, Philippines, and the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, to bring some comfort and hope to those children.

These Loving Hugs are hand delivered whenever possible by many of our US Military and other US Aids with an actual REAL HUG! The children are so grateful and will almost always show up to accept their hugs in their Best Clothing.

AND AS OUR PERSONAL THANK YOU WE WILL BE GIVING EACH OF OUR CLIENTS A $25 GIFT CERTIFICATE TOWARDS YOUR PURCHASE ORDER WITH US! BRING IN 2 OR MORE HUGS AND RECEIVE A $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE!

(Certificates can be applied to Purchase Orders Only and do not apply to Session Fees.)

PLEASE CHECK OUT A FEW DONATION GUIDELINES FIRST:

HUG DONATION GUIDELINES:

1. NEW or VERY GENTLY USED Stuffed Animals in Excellent Condition

2. Must be Soft and Cuddly, Not Stiff

3. Not Smaller than 6" or bigger than 18" tall (can be a little taller if they are squishy-soft and can pack down)

4. NO Beanie Babies

5. NO animated or talking (battery operated)

6. NO TV Cartoon Characters (i.e. Sponge Bob, Sesame Street Characters, etc)

  **Exceptions: soft classic Disney characters like Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Snoopy, etc.

7. NO Sea Animals, Bugs or Reptiles

8. Holiday-styled animals with seasonal trimmings removed are Okay (snip off Santa hats, Valentine hearts, etc.)

9. All donated stuffed animals meeting our criteria are professionally cleaned prior to being shipped.
